Integrative Family Medicine NP/PA - Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Amherst (New Grads Welcome)

Join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice in Amherst, Massachusetts, delivering integrative, whole-person care across the lifespan. Our multidisciplinary team combines primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other complementary therapies to support newborns through geriatrics in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends
• One flexible evening shift per week (until 6:00 PM)
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $130,000-$165,000, commensurate with experience

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with behavioral health providers and complementary care specialists
• Emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or eligible for licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Commitment to integrative, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
