**APP – Pulmonary**
**Location: Saginaw, MI**
Position Overview
• Full-time opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established Pulmonary Care team.
• Combination of 50% outpatient and 50% inpatient responsibilities.
• No call requirements at this time.
• No holiday requirements at this time.
• Opportunity to work in both hospital and outpatient clinical settings.
• Robust onboarding and training program provided.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient (50%)
• Conduct visits for established and new patients.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
• Provide ongoing pulmonary care and follow-up.
• Work at the outpatient clinic located across the street from the hospital.
• Provide services at an off-site satellite clinic.
- Inpatient (50%)
• Perform inpatient rounding.
• Conduct new patient consultations.
• Complete patient histories and physical examinations (H&Ps).
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Must meet applicable Michigan licensure requirements.
• Pulmonary experience preferred.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Experienced candidates encouraged to apply.

• Full-time position.
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities (50/50).
