• Daytime-only schedule: 7 am - 5 pm with 7 on / 7 off rotation
• NPs cover nights, allowing physicians to focus on daytime care
• Manageable daily census of 18 - 20 encounters with NP support for admissions
• Physician-owned and physician-led hospitalist group with strong regional presence
• Wide range of onsite services including surgery, cardiology, and OB-GYN
• Internal medicine or family practice background preferred
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
• Located in Ohio, approximately 40 miles from a major metro area
