• 24-hour call shifts -- can be worked back to back
• 4 or more shifts per month
• Average 9 - 10 hours in-house, remaining on call from hotel
• Level II NICU -- ADC of 4; Well Baby Nursery -- ADC of 11
• NICU and Well Baby Nursery coverage
• Circumcisions required
• Call back required for emergencies or high-risk deliveries
