Job Description
- 24-hour call coverage -- 6 - 10 days per month
- Clinic visits -- 4 - 8 hours of occasional new and follow-up patients weekly
- Rounding on cardiothoracic service unit twice daily
- Surgical consults in hospital and ER
- CABG, aortic valve replacement, mitral valve repair/replacement required
- Aortic dissection, pericardial window, pulmonary decortication required
- Thoracic trauma experience required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
