Hematology/Oncology Physician - Full-Time Faculty Position (Phoenix, AZ)

Full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ with a nonprofit multispecialty faculty practice of 400+ physicians. The practice serves a diverse patient population through a network that includes Federally Qualified Health Centers and offers a full-scope hematology and oncology practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Position includes clinical care, teaching, academic collaboration, administrative time, and research opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $400,000-$424,500

Clinical and Academic Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with malignant and nonmalignant hematologic disorders and solid tumors
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; manage care across treatment and follow-up
• Coordinate care with referring clinicians, specialists, and supportive services
• Provide patient and family education about diagnoses and treatment options
• Teach and mentor internal medicine residents and medical students; participate in clinical education activities

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship by start date (physicians completing fellowship in 2027 may apply)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Current Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Eligibility for DEA registration and appropriate clinical privileges
