Locum CRNA - Hospital-Based Anesthesia (Wyandotte, MI)

Join a hospital-based team in Wyandotte, Michigan, delivering anesthesia care within a supervised practice model for adult and geriatric patients undergoing general surgical procedures. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 10 operating rooms and a focus on high-quality perioperative care.

Schedule & coverage

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible shift lengths: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.
• Ongoing coverage beginning January 2027.
• Weekend availability highly preferred; Saturday and Sunday coverage requested weekly.
• No call requirements.
• Local candidates only; mileage reimbursement provided.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide perioperative anesthesia for adult and geriatric patients in general surgical cases.
• Practice within a supervised CRNA model and collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop individualized anesthesia plans, monitor intraoperative status, and manage post-anesthesia recovery as indicated.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with NBCRNA certification.
