- Own a thriving, turnkey concierge primary care practice in Indian Wells, CA, serving the community for 25+ years
- This is a hands-on clinical role: youll be seeing patients and building lasting relationships with them while growing the business
- Practice medicine the way it should be " YOUR way.
- Starting compensation of $300K during the transition, with significant upside and uncapped earning potential once you assume full ownership
- Cash-pay membership model with no insurance billing
- High-end executive physicals make up roughly a third of practice revenue
- Immediate income with no buy-in cost and no upfront payment required from the incoming physician
