Center Medical Director " Primary Care (New Britain, CT)
About the Opportunity
- Lead a primary care center for older adults on Medicare in a value-based care model
- 80% clinical / 20% administrative
- Full time, 40 hrs/week, on-site
- Medical leader of the center, working with the Practice Manager and Outreach Manager
Highlights
- Mentor and coach the center's providers
- Onboard new providers and model the care model
- Track center quality metrics and fix gaps
- Take part in strategic projects across the company
- Report to the Regional/Senior Medical Director
Qualifications
- MD/DO, Board Certified in IM or FM
- Clinical leadership experience coaching providers
- Metrics-driven approach to care/quality
- Committed to older adults and low-income patients
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years outpatient experience
- Geriatrics fellowship, MBA/MPH/JD, or executive roles welcomed (not required)
