Position Overview
- 100% outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) in an established, hospital-employed practice
- Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
- Located in Glastonbury, Connecticut " a picturesque suburban town ~15 minutes from Hartford
- Team-based model with strong clinical support and coordinated care
Schedule & Call
- Full-time, weekdays only; ask about a 4-day work week
- Phone call only:
- Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year
- Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months
Academic & Teaching
- Optional teaching opportunities
- Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed base salary
