Job Description
Anesthesiologist (BC/BE), Metro Phoenix, Arizona
Full-time clinical anesthesiology at a community-based, university-affiliated teaching hospital in metro Phoenix. The hospital is a verified Level 1 Adult Trauma Center and ABA-verified Burn Center.
Case Mix
- Labor and delivery
- Neonatal and general pediatric surgery
- General, robotic and neurosurgery
- ENT, plastics, burn and Level 1 trauma
- Orthopedics and podiatric surgery
- Special procedures outside the OR
- TEE available for perioperative and critical care patients
- About 11,000 anesthesia cases a year
Schedule
- Full-time
- In-house call 4"5 times a month
Teaching & Academics
- Supervise and teach EM and surgery residents, CRNAs, SRNAs and medical students
- Can apply for an academic appointment through the groups university affiliations
- Research opportunities
