Family Medicine Physician (BC/BE, MD/DO), Greater Phoenix, Arizona
Join a physician-led, not-for-profit group serving the underserved through community health centers in the Phoenix metro. This role is for full-spectrum family physicians who care for the whole family and are committed to patient care, teaching and community service.

- 100% outpatient
- Minimal call
- Full-scope family medicine in a community health center (FQHC)
- Teaching opportunities within the Phoenix areas only public teaching health system

Loan Repayment
- FQHC sites qualify for federal and state HPSA loan repayment (HPSA score: 21)
- Not-for-profit employer, so you qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Compensation & Benefits

Practice Setting
- 10 community health centers serving a safety-net population
- Hospital referrals go to a 450-bed medical center with a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center
- 450+ physician group covering every major specialty and subspecialty
- 220+ residents across 9 programs
Candidate Requirements
- BC/BE in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
- Experienced physicians and 2027 residents welcome
- No 2028 graduates
- H-1B visa transfers accepted
- No J-1 waiver candidates
