Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Outpatient experience required
- Value-based care experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00
- Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
- Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Malpractice insurance provided
- $5,000 CME stipend
