BC / BE Hematologist/oncologist
-
Two-year income guarantee of $600,000 annually plus RVU productivity bonus, followed by transition to a straight RVU productivity model
-
$100,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Relocation assistance and fellowship stipend may be available

Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule with four clinic days and one administrative day

Paid professional expenses, including California medical license, DEA, specialty certification, board certification dues, and specialty society dues

Join a new comprehensive cancer center within a Commission on Cancer-accredited program

Collaborate with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology teams and symptom-management specialists

Participate in weekly tumor boards and clinical trial studies

Onsite infusion center, laboratory, specialty pharmacy, and supportive care services

Strong advanced practice provider, nursing, and ancillary support

Comprehensive patient services include nutrition, social work, and financial navigation

A $9 million regenerative medicine grant supports a program scheduled to expand access to cell and gene therapies and clinical trials beginning in January 2027

Board certification or board eligibility in hematology and oncology required

Active California medical license or eligibility required

Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills

Leadership experience preferred

Affiliated with a 300-bed Level II Trauma Center serving approximately 400,000 residents across six counties
