**Certified Nurse Midwife opening in Brattleboro, VT**
Full-Time | Full-Scope Midwifery | OB/GYN & Labor and Delivery
An established OB/GYN and Midwifery practice in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team of nurse-midwives, physicians, and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. This opportunity offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE position
- Join an established team of nurse-midwives, physicians, and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
- Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, delivery, and postpartum services
- Manage uncomplicated pregnancies and collaborate with physicians on higher-risk cases
- Provide outpatient gynecologic care, wellness services, and contraceptive management
- Opportunity to provide additional gynecologic services
- Participate in rotating Labor & Delivery call coverage
- Call responsibilities include labor management, triage, postpartum rounds, and cesarean first assist
- Provide individualized care to patients throughout southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire
- Collaborative practice environment with physician support
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Annual salary range: $125,000–$137,000
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Current Vermont APRN license
- Master's degree or equivalent desired
- 3 years of hospital-based nursing/midwifery experience preferred
- Eligible for hospital medical staff credentialing
- DEA license
- CPR certification
- Neonatal resuscitation certification within 6 months of hire
