Locums CRNA - High-Pay Worcester Hospital Shifts (10-12 hr, $200-225/hr, Multi-Specialty OR)

Join a multidisciplinary anesthesia team providing perioperative care across multiple hospital and ambulatory locations in Worcester, MA. This locum CRNA role requires an active Massachusetts license and willingness to work at hospital sites (not eligible for candidates who will only work in endoscopy or ambulatory surgery centers).

Compensation

• $200-$225 per hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule & coverage

• 24/7 coverage needs
• Shift lengths: 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24 hours
• Primary needs: 10- and 12-hour shifts
• No on-call requirements

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide perioperative anesthesia care for adult surgical patients
• Function as an integrated member of a medically supervised Anesthesia Care Team
• Cover a broad range of surgical specialties, including transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, and orthopedics
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the perioperative team
• Document patient care in Epic

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with board certification
• Active Massachusetts nursing license (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA work experience
• Willingness and ability to work at hospital locations (candidate must not be restricted to ambulatory/endoscopy sites only)
