This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

Full-time or part-time within Monday - Friday
Provide medical director services and round on patients
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
No nights or weekends
Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes Chicago and Harvey, Illinois

Compensation and Benefits

W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Illinois state license as a psychiatrist
Eligible for independent practice and billing
Open to new grads
Experience with inpatient hospital work as a psychiatrist a plus
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
