Located in Deerfield Beach, Broward Health North is a 409-bed hospital that offers a full continuum of care featuring a comprehensive stroke center, an adult Level II Trauma Center, a neurological institute, a joint replacement center, cardiovascular services, as well as general, vascular, endovascular and neurosurgery. Broward Health North recently added a $78 million expansion to create a 53-bed, all private room, 36,000-square-foot emergency department with three dedicated trauma bays, six new operating rooms, and renovations to the hospital’s main entrance.
