Job Description

Walker Baptist Medical Center and Walker Medical Diagnostics are searching for a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. Walker Medical Diagnostics is a large and well-established primary care practice that includes both Family and Internal Medicine physicians. The practice has an extensive imaging center and lab, as well as rotating specialist space. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very collegial, tight knit group with a keen focus on providing outstanding primary care to the community.

  • Outpatient only 
  • Monday-Friday, regular business hours
  • Call is shared 1:4
  • The physicians see an average of 25-30 patients per day
  • Opportunity offers malpractice and relocation coverage in addition to loan assistance

 

Candidates must be BE/BC with an active Alabama license (or in progress). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with includes three weeks’ vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401k plus a deferred compensation plan.
