The sole physician in the practice has become too busy and needs help. The practice has been in place for 9 years and is comprised of 1 physician and 3 Mid-Level providers. The short term plan is to add a Spanish Speaking Ob Gyn to help with a large Spanish Speaking patient base. Call of 1-4 is shared with other independent physicians. The Long term plan is to add 2 more Ob Gyn’s to develop a larger practice and call group.
