Job/Practice Description:

• Inpatient and Outpatient

• 4 half days per week in our ASC; 4 half days per week in the clinic; hospital block time as well

• Call ratio: 1:4

• EMR program:  Allscripts

• Average Patients Volume: 276 per month in the clinic; 100-135 procedures per month in our ASC and a number of other hospital cases

• ASC located on the same campus as outpatient practice
