Your Role with the Company:

• NP that would provide services in Hartford, KY and Tell City, IN
• M-F, 8-5, no weekends, no holidays, no call
• NP/PA will work in collaboration with the physicians in a hospital-based, outpatient setting with patients who have chronic pain
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work independently in a fast-paced environment, leading staff, and making clinical decisions

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• IN/KY license is ideal, (need dual license)
• 3+ years of experience, pain experience preferred but not required
