Interventional Cardiologist needed for Expanding Clinic in Northern ID

St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an Interventional Cardiologist to join our established cardiology team. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones, have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey. 

About the position:

• The clinic is located steps away from two Cath labs  
• Schedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 hours admin
• APPs in office M-Th, current Interventional Cardiologist in office M-F, lab time M and Th and every other F 
• Call: 10 days/month - opportunity to pick up more for additional compensation
• Average patients per day: 18-23
• Department: 1 MD, 3 APPs
• Clinic/OR: at least two days of cath lab time 

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Cardiology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Completion of ACGME Interventional Cardiology fellowship
• Coronary stenting and training with implantation of permanent pacemaker preferred
