This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Join a well-established OB/GYN group within a financially stable, independent health system
Group includes 5 OB/GYN physicians, 4 midwives, and 2 APPs
Immediate need for a qualified physician due to strong patient demand
Balanced patient mix with robust support staff and collaborative administration
Health system has 380 beds, 140+ providers, and 3,000+ employees
No local competition; practice enjoys regional dominance
Onsite daycare available (one of only two 5-star daycares in Iowa)
Access to a fully appointed gym with locker rooms, fitness classes, and rock climbing wall
Compensation/Benefits:
$350,000–$450,000 annual salary
Production-based model ensures equal footing with partners from day one
$50,000 commencement bonus
$10,000 CME allowance every 2 years
Relocation assistance ($10,000)
7 weeks vacation annually
Full benefits and malpractice coverage
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Iowa medical license (or eligibility)
