Seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Surgeon who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!

* Full-time, permanent
* Four 10-hour days per week
* Join 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals
* Level IV Trauma Center (1:3 call)
* Local University with Athletics Program
* Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.
* Epic EMR
* Serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
* Board certification or eligibility required
* Open to new grads
* Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital - Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k+)
* RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
