Summary:
The Talent Sourcer (Entry Level Recruiter) will identify suitable candidates, both active and passive, for open requisitions within the Physician Recruitment team. The Talent Sourcer (Entry Level Recruiter) will assist with the preliminary phase of the selection process and assist in reaching out to qualified candidates to get them interested in moving forward in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physician Recruitment team in the initial phase of resume review in Infor with new applications and moving forward or dispositioning appropriately based on minimum job requirements
- Sourcing on various social platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Practice Match, Practice Link, ZipRecruiter, etc.) to build pipelines and find passive candidates for hard to fill roles
- Managing referrals from candidates and/or current associates and following up on leads
- Track sourcing initiatives and traction and ability to provide information to recruiter as needed
- Help with on-site recruitment activities as needed (Interviews, Job Fairs, Conferences, etc.)
- Help drive candidate interest in career opportunities and the ability to sell CHRISTUS Health & CHRISTUS Trinity Clinics to passive candidates
- Comfortable with various technology platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining degree preferred
- 0-2 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or applicable experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
