Established O/P traditional Neurology practice opportunity with CHRISTUS Health- Texarkana (NE Texas)
CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in collaboration with CHRISTUS St. Michael’s hospital in Texarkana is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join an established practice. This unique opportunity offers the stability and support of an employment model combined with the ability to maximize earnings through RVU-based compensation. The incoming physician will benefit from an extensive referral network, expert back-office, and skilled clinical support. The incoming physician will enjoy the autonomy of focusing on clinical services of interests.
Practice Highlights:
- Practice ensures a first-year income guarantee to be surpassed with an exceptional RVU-based compensation model which rewards individual performance.
- Located on 120 wooded acres, the campus is home to two (2) CHRISTUS St. Michael hospitals, medical offices, and clinics, offering a collaborative environment and an ideal setting for professional growth
- The practice is supported by two neurology-trained Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) who independently manage their patient panels, with a primary focus on headache care.
- A highly skilled neurodiagnostic technician supports the operation and management of advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Out-patient services include a wide range of neurological diagnostic and treatment services, including EMG, nerve conduction studies, Botox therapy, and other injections.
- Advanced MRI imaging and lumbar punctures are performed at the main hospital.
- Most common patient diagnoses include headache disorders and epilepsy.
- Physicians with an interests in epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular medicine, headache medicine, or other subspecialty areas of general neurology will have the opportunity to develop and grow their clinical focus. The hospital also benefits from the support of two neurosurgeons on active medical staff.

- Hospital ER callback not required; only telephone call.
- Option to provide in-patient services and introduce this service line is welcome

- 311-bed acute care hospital with a Level III Emergency Department and a full range of medical specialties represented.
- Christus after-hours triage services nurse line assists with call duties
- Epic EMR utilized across both clinic and hospital settings.

Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Texas License at start of practice
- Texas Registered DEA
- BC/BE and Residency trained Neurologist
