Hospitalist Greater Pittsburgh| 7-on/7-off, $380K + $25K Sign-On, ICU & Med-Surg Role

Join a collegial team of five hospitalists and two APPs to manage the medical-surgical unit and open ICU. Provide inpatient care, lead codes, stroke alerts, and rapid response events, and collaborate with APPs to deliver telemedicine support for ancillary campuses. No procedural requirements.

Schedule and clinical model:

• 7-on / 7-off schedule, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Coverage includes medical-surgical unit and open ICU; APP partnership for patient care and telemedicine support

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary: $380,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation allowance
• $3,000 annual CME stipend plus 40 hours paid CME time

Qualifications:

• Comfortable running codes, stroke alerts, and rapid response teams
• Experience in hospitalist, family practice, or internal medicine practice preferred
