Job Summary:
HCA Florida Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider as part of the largest health system in the country, is looking to expand its Florida Liver Transplant Program. We are actively seeking a full-time Medical Transplant Hepatologist to join our fast-growing HCA Largo Transplant Center providing opportunity to live and work within 10 min from best beaches in the country.Qualified Candidates:
- Candidate should be board eligible or certified in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
- Transplant experience is required
- Join a full-time hepatologist, a full-time transplant hepatologist APP, and a PRN transplant hepatologist
- Excellent communications skills required, be good at fostering relationships with referring physicians and should enjoy a collaborative environment with a friendly, supportive group of physicians
- Expertise in all aspects of liver disease management, transplant services and procedures including living donor liver transplant and comprehensive cancer care
- Medical Directorship for general hepatology is available
- Professional development opportunities in teaching, clinical research, mentorship, leadership, and community service available
