Job Description

Oklahoma Heart Institute (OHI) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our nationally recognized heart team. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a collaborative, patient-focused group dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care. 

Position Highlights:

  • General Cardiology Focus  
  •  Based in Tulsa Metro Area – With potential for outreach to surrounding communities 
  •  Responsibilities Include: 
  • Outpatient cardiology clinic 
  • Inpatient consults and rounding 
  • Interpretation of Cardiac Imaging 
  • Availability to perform TEE’s  
  • Management of chronic cardiovascular conditions 
  • Collaborative Environment – Work alongside 41 cardiologists, 62 advanced practice providers, 3 cardiothoracic surgeons, and 3 vascular surgeons
  • Call Schedule – Tiered call system designed to ensure fair distribution of responsibilities; includes primary and backup coverage 
  • EMR – Epic 
  • Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day.?Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
