$260k-$270k starting salary range. Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary. Mon-Fri schedule, no nights, no weekends, minimal call. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Cloud-based electronic health record and technology. Full benefits and malpractice coverage with tail.
