**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions
* Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care to maintain patient health
* Develop personalized care plans, in collaboration with patients, to achieve optimal health outcomes

**Requirements:**

* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
* At least 3-5 years of experience in an outpatient care setting
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty
* Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Connecticut
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
