DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGIST
Position at a Glance:

- Status: Full Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime schedule – Consistent weekday shifts with no evening hours

UPMC Hamot, located in Erie, Pennsylvania has a new opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established group of eight general radiologists, three interventional radiologists and three designated breast imagers.
- Primarily Onsite Role: Ideal for candidates who prefer hands-on collaboration and access to full imaging resources
- High Case Volume: Offers robust clinical exposure and opportunity to maintain and grow diagnostic proficiency
- Call coverage approximately 1:4 – Shared call responsibilities offering work-life balance
- Comprehensive Diagnostic Imaging: Includes CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Mammography, and DEXA
- Interventional Procedures: Fluoroscopy, Myelogram, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Thyroid Biopsy, Lumbar Puncture, Breast Biopsies, and Arthrograms
Qualifications:
- American Board-eligible/ board-certified or Canadian Board Certified in Radiology, with strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and the ability to perform a broad range of general radiology procedures.
- A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering the highest quality care in a compassionate, professional environment.
