Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join an established and collaborative women’s health team in Warsaw, Indiana.

About Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital
Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital is located in Warsaw, Indiana and is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago. This 72-bed facility is a member of the Lutheran Health Network and has achieved 100 Top Hospital status from Thomason Reuters as recently as 2011. LKH offers a newly renovated 14-bed intensive care unit and an 18-bed emergency department.
