Job Description
Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas, is currently seeking a BE/BC OB/Gyn to join Salina Women's Clinic.
- Three physicians on staff; call 1:4
- Large built-in referral base with 3 affiliate hospitals and 24 employed family medicine physicians; patient base 250,000 with 39,000 ED visits annually
- Be part of a regional health care system with easy access to specialty care collaboration
- State-of-the-art technology including two da Vinci Xi robots - expertise of over 1,000 hysterectomies performed
- Level II Neonatal NICU with 115 deliveries per month
- Eight labor & delivery rooms; 16 postpartum
- Supportive, onsite, and approachable administrative team. Very open to your ideas and feedback as an employed physician
- Teach! Salina is home to KU School of Medicine-Salina and Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency
- SRHC is a non-profit, 501(c)3 facility and qualifies under the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

Opening in spring 2028! Salina Regional Health Center is expanding specialty care access with a new 90,000-square-foot, three-story multispecialty clinic and outpatient surgery center designed to support physician efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth while serving patients across central and western Kansas. The integrated facility brings clinic services, imaging, therapy, surgery, laboratory, and pharmacy together in one location to streamline workflows and enhance coordinated care. The first floor features an orthopedic clinic, a 5,000-square-foot therapy gym, and on-site imaging; the second floor houses general surgery, gastroenterology, and ENT specialty clinics; and the third floor includes a state-of-the-art surgery center with six robotic-ready operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and 38 pre- and post-operative bays. Designed with flexible clinical space, modern technology, and dedicated physician support areas, the center promotes efficient patient flow, practice growth, and a collaborative environment that supports both provider productivity and patient experience.
