Job Summary:

Medical City Plano is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.

Qualified Candidates:
  • The Site Director plays a key dual role—leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
  • Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director
  • Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
  • Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
  • Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board certification required
  • Texas medical license or ability to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
  • At least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plus
