Job Description

Work and play in year round sun and warm temperatures in Phoenix, Arizona! Established group with 12 providers and 3 locations, are looking to add another Primary Care physician to their team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a thriving, independent, established practice in the "Valley of the Sun". Enjoy a competitive compensation package with a very lucrative bonus structure, flexibility, robust benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO and much more. Interviewing now!

Mon-Fri with option of 7:30a-4:30p or 8a-5p.
3 clinics, all within 20 min of downtown Phoenix.
Base salary ranging from $240k-$260k DOE.
Bonus structure- 30% rev split.
20-25 patients/day with opportunity to see more to increase earnings.
1:10 telephone only call.
Privately owned and tight knitted group with great environment.
