Job Summary:

Recruiting a fellowship-trained, subspecialized Total Joints Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a highly regarded and well-established private orthopedic practice. This position is based out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire with clinical opportunities at our surrounding offices.

This is a two-year partnership-track opportunity with zero physician turnover over the last 15 years - a testament to our outstanding culture and provider satisfaction.

Practice Overview
  • Founded in 1987 and a community leader in Orthopaedic care
  • Private, physician-led practice with a strong local and regional reputation
  • 3 office locations: Portsmouth, NH, Dover, NH, and York, ME
  • Group includes 11 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Young partner group with no upcoming retirements
  • Currently on track for 10 partners by 2027

Position Highlights
  • Subspecialized Total Joints fellowship required
  • Partner-track role (2 years)

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Must be fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement
  • Must have licensure in New Hampshire and Maine, or ability to obtain both
  • Must have strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Must be committed to long-term practice growth and clinical excellence
