8-hour and 16-hour shifts available -- primarily 8-hour shifts
Typical census of 27 patients in NICU
Level III NICU facility
2-physician coverage model during high census
Ongoing coverage potential
Expedited privileging available
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
