Position Highlights
Full-time opportunity
Take over a patient panel from a retiring physician
Team-based environment with access to cardiology, rheumatology, radiology, rehab, urgent care, and occupational health
Flexible scheduling and shared call (1:5) supported by a nurse triage line
Scope of Practice
Full-spectrum care for all ages
Preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Schedule
Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Requirements
MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of ACGME-accredited residency
Eligible for Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
Reason for Recruitment
Replacement for retiring physician
