Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is hiring a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our dedicated team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, a Level III NICU in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes region.

 

This is an ideal role for a physician who’s who is passionate about community-focused care - whether you’re looking to establish roots or prefer a block schedule with commuting flexibility. With a strong hospital partnership and access to pediatric subspecialties, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment committed to delivering exceptional newborn care.

 

Position Highlights:

 

  • Eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month
  • Option to cover transport call from home
  • 20-bed Level III NICU with robust nursing and specialist support
  • Approximately 300 annual NICU admissions, with referrals from surrounding counties
  • Regional perinatal center with MFM support and advanced services, including HFOV
  • Strong, collegial relationship with hospital leadership and staff
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation Range: $225,000 to $295,000 based on years of experience.
