Job Description

Unique NP float/tele-med positions available in Phoenix, Tucson or Las Vegas. Explore this amazing opportunity with a rapidly expanding, innovative healthcare organization providing outpatient Primary Care to senior citizens. Candidates must have either Medicare Advantage HCC or HEDIS coding experience to be eligible for a panel interview.

Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. High earnigs and great work-life balance. The Comprehensive ACP, reporting to the Market Medical Director, will be an integral part of the clinical team. Responsible for seeing our highest priority members either in-center or through the Doxy.me telehealth platform and closing all remaining care gaps for the calendar year. 1-2 days per week can be done remotely, other days float between local offices.
