Seeking a Board Certified Geriatrician, Internal or Family Medicine trained doctor.
Highlights:
- Geriatric patients with complex medical needs in care facilities.
- Interdisciplinary team-based care with consultative and collaborative approach with specialists.
- Provide care in a variety of settings.
- Partner with 5 primary care physicians as a geriatric specialist.
- 8 10 patients per day per shift.
- 0 3 calls in a 24-hour period.
- Teaching opportunities available.
- Opportunity to work with diversified patients in an acute care setting.
