Join TeamHealth as the OB/Gyn hospitalist facility medical director at Pascack Valley Hospital. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive clinical quality, lead the OB hospitalist team, and partner closely with hospital leadership to shape womens health services.
Ideal for experienced OB/Gyn hospitalists or physicians transitioning from private practice who are seeking a collaborative environment and the opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality program. Hackensack Meridian Health Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed community hospital combining advanced care with personalized experience.
Located in Bergen County, just 15 miles from Manhattan, Westwood offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and big-city access. Known as The Hub of the Pascack Valley, this vibrant suburban community features a walkable downtown, boutique shopping, local restaurants, parks, and top-rated schools. - Total compensation package: $378,000 to $433,000, inclusive of medical director stipend
- Sign-on bonus up to $40,000
- Relocation bonus up to $25,000
- Full-time schedule: six, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month
- Comprehensive benefits package including well-being resources and CME allowance
- No billing or coding responsibilities
- Strong clinical leadership support and a collaborative team environment
