**Gastroenterology Opening in Longview, TX**
Dallas 120m; Shreveport 50m
Seeking a dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established practice located in Longview, TX. Step into immediate volume, work alongside an experienced advanced GI, and play a key role in expanding a growing program.
* Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient
* Immediate, established patient base with strong procedural demand
* Bread and Butter GI with ERCP (EUS available if desired)
* Join 1 advanced GI currently performing 350+ cases over a 3-week period and booked ~3 months out
* Dedicated NP support on both inpatient and outpatient sides, with opportunity to expand
* Ability to manage a broad spectrum of GI cases, including emergencies (e.g., GI bleeds)
* Full complement of support services, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, nephrology, and general surgery
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Earning Potential: $1M+ in year one (base + productivity)
* Call Pay: Strong additional compensation (up to ~$1,400/day with ERCP)
* Comprehensive recruitment package including benefits and incentives
**Ideal Candidate**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
* Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
* Comfortable with or willing to perform ERCP
* Interested in helping build and grow a GI program
