Job Summary:

Centerpoint Medical Center is actively recruiting an emergency medicine chief for our new freestanding emergency department (FSED) opened September 2025 in Independence, Missouri.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Must have one (1) to three (3) years of prior supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
• Commitment to delivery of high quality, patient-centered care. Ability to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong decision making skills and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to obtain Missouri medical licensure.
