  • Clinical and administrative leadership position with 75% clinical, 25% administrative duties
  • Monday - Friday schedule with shared phone call coverage
  • Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including advanced cardiac testing
  • Lead and mentor primary care providers in value-based care initiatives
  • Management experience required with focus on provider development and performance
  • State-of-the-art outpatient facility with full diagnostic capabilities
  • Board certification in geriatric medicine required
  • Excellent support staff
