Geriatrician needed " Grand Rapids, MI
-
Outpatient-focused; M"F daytime hours, flexible/autonomous schedule
-
Practice covers local nursing facilities + advanced care programs (home visits possible)

Patient visits tailored for complex geriatrics; collaborative care team

Leadership dedicated to work/life balance

Teaching opportunities: residents, students, fellows (not a teaching hospital role)

Call shared among providers; no weekends or locums
-
Open to new grads with geriatrics fellowship or experienced IM/FM with geriatric experience

Must be BC/BE in Geriatrics (or IM/FM); BE must certify within 2 years

Michigan license, DEA, BLS, ACLS required (or willing to obtain)
