Job Summary:

A well-established private cardiology practice affiliated with the Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join their growing team. This opportunity is based on the campus of Methodist Metropolitan Hospital, a leading facility in downtown San Antonio known for its advanced cardiovascular care.

Practice Details:
  • Affiliation with Methodist Healthcare System, the largest healthcare provider in South Texas.
  • Access to state-of-the-art cath labs and imaging technology.
  • Strong referral network and high patient volume from both the hospital and surrounding community.
  • Collaborative team environment with experienced cardiologists and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including coronary angiography, angioplasty, and stenting.
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations.
  • Participate in hospital call rotation and coverage.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
  • Strong clinical and procedural skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based care.
