Were seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) to join a physician-led team in Jacksonville, FL " a thriving coastal city with beautiful beaches, cultural attractions, and a growing population. What Youll Do

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to adult and senior patients

• Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions

• Perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and create treatment plans

• Work collaboratively within a supportive, physician-led environment

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school

• Current (or eligible) Florida medical license

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred, but not required

• Bilingual Spanish a plus
